Order Processing

We usually process orders within 48 hours of receiving them.

Processing times may be longer during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods.

Please note that delivery estimates are separate from processing times and begin once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We offer the following delivery options throughout the United Kingdom:

USA & Canada Shipping

We also ship to the United States and Canada.

• Orders below $100: $20 delivery

• Orders of $100 or more: FREE delivery

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier and customs clearance.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or handling fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to postal services, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
