Yes, all our balms are formulated with gentle, nourishing ingredients that are safe for most skin types. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before full use.
We currently ship within the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery times depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to hygiene considerations, opened cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Yes. Some natural ingredients, such as shea butter, can form small crystals when they cool and reheat. This is completely normal, does not affect performance, and will melt quickly when rubbed into the skin.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it softens in warm temperatures, simply allow it to cool and firm up again.
