RETURN POLICY:
At ClimbCare, we are dedicated to ensuring that every purchase not only meets but exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to learn how we can best assist you
If your item is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received it. Returned products have to remain unused, in the condition they were received, and in their original box and/or packaging. It is not possible to return the items that have been opened, tested swatched or used. Upon reciept, we will examine the returned items and organise your refund. We will notify you by email about the return status. Shipping fees and product are non-refundable.
Broken/Damaged Items - Please send us a picture of the box upon receipt from the courier so we can further investigate, and resolve the issue. Without any picture provided - we wont be able to issue a refund or replacement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Return products are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. Though it’s not required. We do recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection and to also hold on to the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Only products received by our warehouse can be credited.
If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund. We encourage you to be mindful of what is being sent to us as any products incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you.
REFUNDS
We aim to refund you within 14 business days of the product being returned to us.
All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process your refund to an alternative card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the retuned product(s). You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.

Great product and excellent customer support - my order failed to be delivered because of mistakes by the delivery company. I was immediately offered a replacement free of charge.
Excellent skin care products - as a climber and landscaper I have particularly tough, dry skin and the hand/foot balms have improved it greatly in just a few weeks!
I had a small issue with one of the tins arriving damaged (in transit), however after contacting Steve it was resolved immediately and he sent out a replacement.

Great deodorant! Subtle and very pleasant smell, I had a heavy cave session and it stood up the test perfectly with no odour. Excelled size to bring with me in the climbing bag and travelling in general. Smooth, buttery texture that is pleasant to wear without feeling greasy, chalky, nor did it leave residue!
Ditched my old deodorant straight away once I tried this! It leaves my skin feeling super soft and keeps me fresh all day, love it!
After trying most natural deodorants on the market I’m happy to have found one that really works! It’s been tested climbing, hiking and on a busy day in the office and I still felt fresh at the end of each day 💪
My mum bought me these to help afyer my NICAS climbing sessions. My hands get really dry and sore but the balms help soothe them and when I get big flappers, they helped fix them quickly.

The balms are amazing. Not only do they smell great, but they keep the hands in great condition. Any wounds have healed so much quicker too.
Our kids have been using this balm for the past 7 or 8 months. It has done wonders for our daughter's peeling fingers. She was struggling for weeks with skin peeling from all of her fingers. We tried different creams and climbing creams too, but nothing helped. Since last year her fingers are in great shape, she only uses the balm from time to time when the peeling starts again. The balm has a wonderful lavender smell. Would highly recommend to all climbers.

I’ve tried so many different hand balms, creams & moisturisers. CLIMB CARE is the best! My skin has never been so good. Struggling with my climber is no longer because of my skin being sore, dry, cracked or ripped, just my lack of strength & technique letting me down now. I cannot recommend this product enough if you climb regularly, it’ll keep you going through every session.
This balm has sorted out athletes foot, calmed hard working climbers feet and soothed the skin!
I’ve used this balm on dry skin as well as huge flappers from climbing, and it’s always made a huge improvement just overnight! It smells so good that I want to eat it (I haven’t… yet) and I always notice a drastic difference in my skin when I stop using it.
